My Journey, so far.

Welcome to Felt the Love Creations, where I am passionate about bringing unique and heartfelt pieces of felt art to my customers. I am a customer service lead business, that is all about the customer experience. My business is based in South Wales and I specialise in handmade gifts and home décor. Felt the love was started in 2020 in a farm cottage in the Swansea Valley. I am entirely self taught,  and on a mission to bring uniqueness, quality and fantastic customer service to all. 

I move to Wales in 2019 for some tranquility and a slower pace of life. Originally from the South of Essex, life in the South East is always fast moving and it was time for some R and R. Before arriving in Wales, I had had a handmade alternative jewellery stall which I had dragged around the UK to vintage fairs, tattoo conventions and comic cons for 10 years. My new life in Wales, made me decide to take stock of my creative life and decided it was time to learn something new. I also made the choice to switch to mainly on-line, it gives me more time to be creative and to reach more people.
